We provide automotive detailing, window tinting, ceramic coating, and related services. Service
descriptions and pricing are subject to change without notice.
2. ESTIMATES & PRICING
Quotes are estimates based on information provided. Final pricing may vary depending on vehicle
condition, size, and additional service requirements discovered at time of service.
3. PAYMENT TERMS
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept
approved payment methods through secure third-party processors. Subscription or recurring
services may be automatically billed according to agreed terms.
4. APPOINTMENTS & CANCELLATIONS
We reserve the right to reschedule services due to weather, safety, or operational factors.
Cancellations may require reasonable notice. No-shows may be subject to fees.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Prime Detailing & Tinting is not liable for pre-existing damage, mechanical failures, or issues
unrelated to services performed. Our liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific
service provided.
6. WARRANTY
Applicable warranties for tint or coatings are subject to manufacturer terms and proper maintenance
requirements.
7. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana.
