How dark can I tint my windows in Louisiana?

Louisiana law requires at least 25% VLT on front side windows and 12% on rear side and back windows. We make sure every install is legal before it goes on.

How long will my vehicle be at the shop?

Most standard window tint services take approximately 2 hours.

Will tint affect my visibility at night?

With quality ceramic film, no. Cheaper dyed films can reduce nighttime visibility but our APEX and C2 films are engineered to stay clear and safe at any shade we offer.

How long does installation take?

Most auto tint jobs are done in 2 to 3 hours depending on the vehicle and package.

How long will my vehicle be at the shop?

Wait at least 3 days after installation to allow the film to fully cure before rolling windows down.

Does window tint bubble or peel over time?

Low quality film does. Our APEX and C2 ceramic films are scratch resistant and designed to stay flat and clear for the life of your vehicle, backed by a lifetime warranty.

Window tint: I just so happened to find this place doing a google search.. seen the rating and read the reviews. So I decided to them a shot.. called for open availability and was able to get seen within the hour.. the guy checked the car out, made an adjustment on the service. Gave good price. And the within 40 minutes car was done and the completion looked great.. definitely will refer others to this establishment. They good in my book., great job. Awesome staff..

Great service. The guys who work there greeted me when I entered the place of business. I made an appointment for 2:30 and they immediately started working on my vehicle. I had my Honda Civics windows tinted here, Mike did the work, I am extremely thrilled with the results.
Mike was very professional and takes pride in his work. If you need your windows tinted in the Prairieville/East Ascencion area this is the place to geaux.

Couldn’t recommend those guys more.. the attention to detail they pay is amazing. Explained the ceramic process thoroughly but in a no pressure way. Now my car is always a quick rinse away from shining again

PrimeDetailing was extremely prompt with responses and helping me select the best package for my vehicle. When I first reached out in July, the weather was not looking good for a few weeks so I decided to hold off, they still followed up with me to see if I was ready to schedule and I like communication like that through a business! After reaching out yesterday, they were able to fit me in next day..They communicated through the appointment and even called when they noticed something inside the car that they weren’t sure I was aware of (I’d put very fine powder-Like upholstery deodorizer under the floor mats and it was very hard to vacuum up) they asked if I wanted them to completely remove it, which involved something that was not included in my package (I felt this was very professional to call and ask vs just doing it and telling me later that I owed for that upgrade to the service) i ended up not upgrading as no one sees under the floor mats of a car and it wasn’t a big deal to me, but they were still able to remove 95% of the deodorizer from the carpet (I know that took some elbow grease!) I was very Pleased with the results. Will be using again in the future. Thanks Prime!!
