PrimeDetailing was extremely prompt with responses and helping me select the best package for my vehicle. When I first reached out in July, the weather was not looking good for a few weeks so I decided to hold off, they still followed up with me to see if I was ready to schedule and I like communication like that through a business! After reaching out yesterday, they were able to fit me in next day..They communicated through the appointment and even called when they noticed something inside the car that they weren’t sure I was aware of (I’d put very fine powder-Like upholstery deodorizer under the floor mats and it was very hard to vacuum up) they asked if I wanted them to completely remove it, which involved something that was not included in my package (I felt this was very professional to call and ask vs just doing it and telling me later that I owed for that upgrade to the service) i ended up not upgrading as no one sees under the floor mats of a car and it wasn’t a big deal to me, but they were still able to remove 95% of the deodorizer from the carpet (I know that took some elbow grease!) I was very Pleased with the results. Will be using again in the future. Thanks Prime!!
